Ingredients
- 2 cans peeled and chopped tomatoes
- 1 big onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh oreganum (handful), chopped
- Fresh parsley (handful), chopped
- 1 tsp paprika
- pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 red chilli, chopped (optional)
Method
- Add all the ingredients together in a pot and let it simmer for 40 minutes over medium heat on a stove.
- Remove from heat and blitz with a food processor.
- Chill until use.
